چکیده

ABSTRACT Endophytic bacteria with multifunctional characteristics can benefit plants through different mechanisms, as well promoting growth in an efficient, low-cost and ecofriendly way. This study analyzed the potential of endophytic isolate Acinetobacter lwoffii Bac109 early vitro sugarcane seedlings. The strain showed to solubilize phosphate a solid medium (solubilization index: 3.73). In addition, bacterium was efficient biocontrol agent against phytopathogenic fungi Rhizoctonia sp., Fusarium oxysporum, Phoma sp. Bipolaris papendorfii, showing performance equal or better than commercial antifungal hygromycin B. An assay confirmed biofilm production, which increased presence root extract. Additionally, A. strong adhesion roots. inoculation this micropropagated seedlings shoot length (35 %) regulated nonphotochemical energy dissipation after 28 days cultivation. At end experiment, great for survival, 5.72 × 107 CFU mL-1 recovered from substrate, what is crucial plant interaction. results biotechnology application by evaluating traits promotion specific interactions sugarcane, may help improve micropropagation protocols crop.

Gastritis and hypergastrinemia due to Acinetobacter lwoffii in mice.

In mouse models and humans, Helicobacter pylori is associated with an increase in serum gastrin and gastrin-expressing (G) cells with a concomitant decrease in somatostatin-expressing D cells. Inflammation of the gastric mucosa can progress to metaplastic changes in the stomach and to decreased colonization by H. pylori and increased colonization by non-H. pylori organisms. In addition, about 2...

Isolation, characterization, and effect of fluorescent pseudomonads on micropropagated sugarcane.

In this study, we report on the isolation, identification, and characterization of seven fluorescent pseudomonads isolated from the roots, shoots, and rhizosphere soil of sugarcane and their impacts on the growth of sugarcane plantlets. 16S rRNA gene sequence of five isolates showed close homology with Pseudomonas putida, one with Pseudomonas graminis, and one with Pseudomonas fluorescens. Phys...
